Education
Another novel & innovative scheme of providing reinforced additional coaching for improving the standard of education has been introduced for poor village children studying in State Govt. run schools. Such schemes were launched in 2007 under which 12th class/graduate unemployed young girls & boys in such villages provide additional coaching for two hours daily to needy willing primary class children on free of cost basis and encouraging results have been observed More than 3000 children have availed the benefits through such centers. Few of these were sponsored by NHPC. Such centers are being run in villages with the engagement of trainers (majority girls/women) thus also providing some means of livelihood to unemployed youth of villages.
Health care
Inter related aspects of Health and Environment have been accorded no less attention by Trust with higher priorities assigned to care of children and women. Trust is equally sensitive to the subject matter of health of poor children and inhabitants of Chamba District in view of fast increasing trend of various kind of diseases and ailments due to pollution and other disturbing reason in the hilly areas. With this aim, various kinds of medical camps have been organized from time to time in remote areas including Brangal Bhalei, Dharwala, Jassorgarh. & Himgiri besides Banikhet with the help & sponsorship of reputed doctors. Large number of children & inhabitants availed the benefits of such medical camps, also providing medicines free of cost. In the Vocational Training Institute, the exercises and pranayams are conducted on daily basis as a routine with specialized yoga programs conducted periodically for updating the health-related requirements. Health-related sessions on Asanas, Pranayams, Yog Nidra, Nadi Shodhan, Yuktahar, Acupressure are always conducted in all training programs conducted in Antarnirman & various parts of the country. World Environment Day is celebrated invariably on 5th June by Trust while besides organizing a rally of school children, Painting & Essay competitions for school children of Banikhet & Dalhousie are conducted.
Helping hands
Home for parentless children was major second activity established in 2003 near Bhalei temple in a rented building with all facilities of boarding, lodging formal education, and training. Bal Ashray functioned successfully till 2014 with 16 to 20 children of the age group of 5 to 18 years, later shifted in rented accommodation at Devi Dehra and in 2012 in ANTARNIRMAN COMPLEX.
Awareness
Quality training with clarity in institutional method of teaching with equal attention to all, irrespective of caste, creed & religion has been immediate essential need of the area. The high infrastructure with large common activity hall for group function and individual rooms for theoretical & practical training is first of its kind with any institute running such courses in this region of state. The infrastructural facility with high standard of cleanness and discipline/punctuality has been truly appreciated by all. The day’s education commences with period of moral teaching, also comprising of daily meditation for personal development and is innovative concept introduced by this institute only. The institute is equipped with computers & Quality Sewing Machines, Typewriters spa, shampoo station and other necessary material and tools etc. Trust also operates mobile branches for training for remote villages on year to year basis depending upon the need of rural youth/community Trust has also acquired recently accreditation for courses of Data Entry Operator, Front Office Associate & House Keeping etc. Youth are undergoing such courses related to Hotel Industry
Awareness
Vigorous campaign has been launched in Chamba Distt. for motivating with kind of incentives for victims suffering from such practice.

The teachings of human values & other practices improving concentration & memory & character of school & college students are being provided in willing schools/colleges.
spirituality
The objectives of the Trust is also to draw human being towards spiritualism for which the path of their general upliftment, followed with motivation towards entering into this path of spirituality was considered appropriate. Children & women having better aptitude and acumen were initiated towards such learning and hence the practice of meditation /spirituality in young lot of boys and girls studying in vocational Training Institute & Bal Ashray were introduced compulsorily for them with prayers and meditation organized for first hour of beginning of their academics session. Param Sant Thakar Singh Ji Maharaj, the then Chief Head of International Ruhanni Satsang Society imparted discourses to participants and initiated to the ‘surat Sabad sadhana Brahmrishi Kumar Swami Ji of Bhagwan Shri Lakshmi Narayan Dham Trust, New Delhi also visited Trust premises during the year 2006 and selected the venue for conducting weekly commune every Sunday and since then the prayers are conducted regularly by the followers. The devotees of various religions also hold their congregation & prayers availing the facility of the main activity hall of the Trust from time to time. An intrinsic & rare spiritual
intrinsic & spiritual program ANTAR YATRA was organized by Rishi Chaitanya Ashram with the blessing of revered Anandmurti Gurumaa on 25th and 26th July 2015. Besides the above activities on the subject of spirituality being undertaken, Trust created another complex ANTARNIRMAN exclusively to propagate spirituality in future years of the general public, students, and tourist.
Awareness
Experiencing in social upliftment activities, Yog Manav Vikas Trust constructed & created another complex named Antarnirman which shall definitely become an important milestone due to its distinctive nature and contents, in times to come. Whereas Antarniman has largest Dome in H.P., this complex also has octagonal semi underground Auditorium, octagonal meditation/prayer halls, attractive & colourful spiritual art galleries, living accommodation for devotees, parking facilities & also sun facing snow capped mountains and lush green forest/ vegetation enhancing the environment of complex manifold. The creation of Antarnirman complex is based on theme “KNOW THYSELF- WHO AM I” and related teachings/path. The descriptions of spiritual art galleries on Ground Floor & First Floor Octagonal Prayer Halls SAMDARSHAN & SAMDRISHTI have been accomplished keeping in view interest & understanding of persons, school children & other old aged persons following various religions & sects. The interests & keenness of tourists flocking in Dalhousie & Chamba to find solace and avenue of relaxation, tension free environment combined with facilities to tread on requisite path has found priorities. The presence itself here provides heartfelt vibrations, experiences the vibrations & view inside the dome ISHAVASYAM are amazing with chanting AUM MANTRA has its own mesmerising impact and feeling for mediator to state not experienced before. 16 metre octagonal shaped SAMTA SABHAGAR having capacity to accommodate 300 persons has large size painting created on large side walls with facility of presentation through Audio/Video system and is suitable for holding the conferences, workshops, seminars/and spiritual discourses including for college and school.
Management
The meditation camps & Training programs are conducted on teachings based on Indian Spiritual heritage targeting to achieve excellence in management and inner transformation with a non-conventional rare approach attempted by very few. Intensive meditation camps are being organized since 2012 in ANTARNIRMAN & Training Programmes on Spirituality linked management conducted in PSUs, Projects & Power Stations Including NHPC, NHDC, OHPC, NTPC, MECL MOIL, UJVN, PTCUL, BBMB, SJVN, NTC, MHPA( Bhutan), SOMA, VOITH, etc.
Yoga
International Yoga Day is observed with the objective of promoting young students of schools & colleges towards spirituality by engaging them in competitions & presentations of Cultural/Yoga items, also conferring the winners with awards prizes. Different kind of competitions including on essay writing, debates and cultural items, Yoga presentation is arranged with winners students and teams awarded for motivation
