YOG MANAV KAYA AROGYA KENDRA (ANTARNIRMAAN)
Yog Manav Kaya Arogya Kendra established as a subsidiary of Yog Manav Vikas Trust
has been accredited by Department of Ayurveda, Government of Himachal Pradesh as
REJUVENATING WELLNESS CENTRE by their order dated 31st May 2022.
ANTARNIRMAAN complex of Sukrain Bain was created by Yog Manav Vikas Trust in 2012 for the specific and exclusive purposes of Spirituality with further aim of conducting Yoga, Health and Meditation and various kinds of training programmes for the basic and advanced human self development, to further improve their efficiency, performance and output to further unveil the higher level of potentiality and consciousness for all purposes.
3. Since 2012, more than 200 training programmes and Meditation camps have been conducted at ANTARNIRMAAN complex as residential programmes and also at different locations of the country on the following kinds of subjects/topics.

4. PICTURESQUE/ MESMERISING LOCALE
Yog Manav Kaya Arogya Kendra is accommodated within ANTARNIRMAAN complex at Sukrain Bain (3 kms) from Banikhet on Chamba NH 154A road. Situated at one of the best available/possible locale amidst lush green pollution free environment, with picturesque mesmerising hill views & Dalhousie. ANTARNIRMAAN complex can be searched on google map as well. Complex has spacious frontal parking space & Auditorium, Multipurpose octagonal halls, Spiritual art galleries scripted mainly on theme “KNOW THYSELF WHO AM I”. The golden dome at top of the building with both side open terraces is added attraction, for experiencing the blissful state while undergoing Meditational practices. Complex has also different type & size of residential rooms all attached with bathrooms, available on single/sharing accommodation basis. Boarding & Lodging facilities are available with Satvik food only served. Smoking & drinking etc are not allowed in the complex to maintain sanctity & piousness of environment, full of spiritual vibrations, which majority of people experience while entering into this premises. Complex is primarily for spiritual/self- development purpose & hence night parties or late arrivals back are generally not allowed.

5. YOG MANAV KAYA AROGYA KENDRA (WELLNESS CENTRE)
Although ANTARNIRMAAN complex has remained functional as initial Wellness centre in the fields of Yoga and Meditation, Spiritual development centre, it was contemplated to further diversify into the fields of Ayurvedic practices comprising of Panchkarma,Acupressure and Naturopathy etc for which lot of efforts were put in since
2021, resulting in obtaining the accreditation of Himachal Pradesh Government in May
2022.
Legal status of YMKAK is as under:
(i) Consent to Establish and operate obtained from HP Pollution Board
(ii) Accreditation from Department of Ayurveda received on 31.05.2022
(iii) Registered under Clinical Act for Indoor facilities.
6. REJUVANATING WELLNESS CENTRE INFRASTRUCTURE
In the direction of achieving aims and objectives of the government ot promote Ayurvedic practices and home for older and spiritual aspirants following are available on periodical, seasonal and regular basis
i) YOGA & MEDITATION SELF/SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT MIND SPA
Yoga Abhyas, Meditation are the basic permanent feature of all kinds of training programmes comprising theoretical and practical aspects of basic exercises, Pranayam besides Ahaar (food intake), yogic breathing practices, understanding mind and its management (Mind Spa).
For above purposes, whereas 4-5 days training camps are conducted regularly every month for general public and corporate sector employees, some kind of residential programmes are run under sponsorship by some Public Sector undertakings/organisations. Details of future events are always available at Website and willing aspirants can register On-line.
Ayurvedic practices of Snehan (Abhyang), Swedan (steam bath), Nasyam, Shirodharya and some kind of
Basti therapy techniques are also undertaken under the supervision of Ayurvedic doctor, Therapist and
Technician/masseur on demand basis initially for general public, tourists and to others attending various training programmes/ meditation camps from time to time. Plans ahead include running of round the clock rejuvenating Wellness centre.
Whereas ANTARNIRMAAN complex houses Yog Manav Kaya Arogya Kendra as rejuvenating Wellness centre, the complex also contains added facilities of Auditorium
and octagonal Hall for holding/organising various kinds of spiritual and religious congregations, largest dome of 15 mtr dia meter biggest in HP for Meditational practices, Yoga, residential facilities including all boarding & lodging. Besides Panch Karma Centre for healing therapy with Experts, the centre also comprises of accommodation/stay rooms with kitchen facilities for various spiritual aspirants and Sadhkas and also for some scope as Old Aged home for future.
7. (i) FLOORS CONFIGURATION
Octagonal auditorium is Semi Underground, and can easily provide stepped space for 200 persons with stage in front & large paintings on walls. The auditorium is utilized for various types of conferences/congregations, also by some other external organizations also during winters and rainy seasons auditorium is also used for exercises and pranayam sessions. Ground Floor has the facilities of octagonal hall with large size spiritual paintings inside and outside along the octagonal corridor/gallery on basics of evolution of universe and the mankind and some basic teachings on subject “Who am I”. Besides ground floor has also the accommodation for kitchen, dining and some VIP rooms and staff rooms. First Floor also has octagonal hall with spiritual advanced teaching for the subject “Who am I”. Teachings from “Geeta” and Saints/Rishi’s on various religions have also been described on the glass frame in the center of the hall. The theoretical and practical sessions on various kinds of teachings/meditation camps and training programs are also undertaking in this hall with audio-visual facility. Besides on both side limbs the facility for Panchkarma therapy is provided along with indoor patient facility for 8 beds. Second Floor accommodates large size 16 Mtrs.dia meters dome (biggest in the state of Himachal Pradesh) and is utilized only for meditation facility. The meditation in this dome with chanting of “Aum” or other mantras takes the meditators to an enhanced estate of bliss and mesmerizing experience. On both sides of dome open terraces exist which provide virtually wonderful view of front lush green view of forest and hills. Terraces are also utilized for sessions n exercises and Pranayam etc. paintings demonstrating The complex also has provision of 16 more rooms all attached with bathrooms in the left and right rear portions of the main building complex, which provide the participants and meditators with peaceful atmosphere and stay for meditation and spiritual vacations purposes. In front portion large open space is available for parking of vehicles and other miscellaneous purposes.
The centre also has some accommodation/stay rooms with kitchen facilities for the general public and aspirants wishing to stay for longer duration intentions of managing on their own (with kitchen attached) can do so. Some of the rooms have been provided with steam bath facility within their bath rooms itself. While doing so, the aspirants can utilize Library/Meditation/Yoga facilities on their own. If willing, can opt for Panchkarma treatment therapy & if some training camp in progress, can attend for training sessions. The existing facilities of YOG MANAV KAYA AROGYA KENDRA (ANTARNIRMAN) can also be utilised on subject to availability basis for holding own residential & spiritual/meditation/training camps and conferences/congregations by willing organisations subject to following of norms regarding maintaining sanctity & piousness of complex. Programmes/camps for maximum period of a week are allowed, for which bookings have to be made well in advance by at last one month, for which details shall be further furnished on email or personal query basis with.
7. (iv) Old Age Home
Many elderly citizens or other public members residing alone, away from their children (for many reasons) can also choose to stay in the centre on regular basis on self sustainable financing basis, for which also both the provisions of utilizing the existing kitchen facilities or on their own in attached kitchen is available.

8. YOG MANAV VIKAS TRUST
Yog Manav Vikas Trust was established more than 20 years back in September 2001 with lots of achievements to its credit as under with best of reputation already earned.
List of achievement
Trust is registered NGO, managed by none other than Smt Kiran Dodeja, Chairperson since 2001 & Shri S.K. Dodeja former Director (Projects) NHPC, assisted by many staff and assistants. Governing board/committee of YMVT oversees the activities on regular basis and Trust accounts are audited since 2001 & submitted to Government authorities always in time. Yog Manav Vikas Trust is exempt from tax under 80G & 12A of income tax act and also registered under FCRA.
